Age 18 mos.-3 years with parent
Parents help their children develop physical skills, including flexibility, body awareness and strength. You will help your child on gymnastics apparatus and participate with him or her in free play, and obstacle courses. Loose fitting clothing is a must for the child and parent. Please, no extra siblings allowed. Parent participation is mandatory.
Ages 3-4
Toddlers are encouraged to learn new physical skills on various gymnastics apparatus and beginning tumbling skills. Youngsters develop self-confidence and listening skills along with coordination, strength and balance. Child must be able to participate without parental assistance.
Ages 5-6
This recreational gymnastics class follows a progressive program starting with the basics. Beginner students should enroll in this class. Gymnasts learn various skills on beam, bars, vault and floor. Students are tested the first day of class and then placed in a group according to ability. Child must be able to participate without parent assistance.
Ages 4-6
This recreational gymnastics class follows a progressive program starting with intermediate skills. Intermediate and advance students should enroll in this class. Students should have prior gymnastics experience with most basic skills mastered. Gymnasts learn various skills on beam, bars, vault and floor. Students are tested the first day of class and then placed in a group according to ability. Child must be able to participate without parental assistance.
Grades 1-5
This class is for girls and boys who are at various skill levels. This program instructs beginners through intermediate students. All students will be taught basic skills from beginning to advanced on bars, vault, floor, and beam. Boys and girls will be separated by ability.

Grades K-5
This gymnastics program will focus on basic dance and gymnastic skills using all apparatus to prepare them for our exciting new competitive gymnastics program which will begin in the fall. This class will focus on skills needed to compete at various levels and skills for those interested in tumbling competition as well.
