Barlina House Preschool Monthly Letter

Dear Parents:

Although we're all anxious to see spring arrive, the children have been so busy in their classrooms utilizing our work bench, making gax, and developing play skills.  If you have not visited lately, please call to schedule a visit with your child's teachers and meet all their classmates.

This Saturday, March 6, we will be holding our special science Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am.  If you have not registered, but find that you have time, please join us for some classroom experiments and exploration.  The fee is only $5.00 per child.  A parent is required to attend with their child.  We'll have extra registration forms at the door.

Thanks to Crystal Lake Pediatric Dental for sending over the "Tooth Fairy".  Classes enjoyed her presentation on healthy foods and a brief video regarding taking care of their teeth.  We also want to thank Dr. Michael Perper, DDS, (one of our preschooler's grandfather) for his visit with the children and the balloon animals.

We've been approached by Lil Angels Photography to offer their dress up portraits, utilizing costume type fashion photography.  Please check out their web site at www.lilangelsphoto.com and let me know if you would be interested in participating.  We will schedule a date and time based on your responses and interest.  Please leave a message or email me at phanson@crystallakeparks.org.
