Health and Fitness Programs
The Crystal Lake Park District offers a variety of health and fitness programs for individuals of all ages. Program offerings include health seminars and group fitness classes. Disciplines include Speed and Agility, Hula Hoop and Dance Fitness, Yoga, CrossFit, Zumba, Weight Loss and Fitness Challenge, Kettlebells, Turbokick, Bodytoning, Body Bar Blast and fitness classes geared just for seniors. Sign-up for classes based on your interest and schedule, there is not a monthly membership fee. Also, for flexibility in scheduling your fitness time, try our 10 Session Punch Pass option (Select from Mat Pilates, Regular Zumba, Zumba Gold, Fun with Kettlebells, Turbokick, Bodytoning and Body Bar Blast).
