RESERVATIONS

Beaches (UPDATED 7/1/20)

Will the beaches open?

Main Beach is open with limited capacity.

Park District residents may enter from 9 AM-DUSK; Non-Residents may enter from 2 pm-DUSK.

Season passes (residents only) will be available for purchase at the Administration Building.

Why might West Beach not open?

Due to the myriad of safety and operation measures that have to be met in order to comply with CDC and IPDH guidelines, along with an extremely shortened beach season and staffing concerns, it is not fiscally responsible or safe to attempt operations of both Main and West Beaches.

Employment
