Private/Semi-Private Sailing Lesson Request

In order to register for a Private Lesson, you must complete and turn in this request form. After the request has been received, a Recreation Supervisor or Class Instructor will contact you to confirm class days/times. A program code will then be given to you and you will then register online or in person for the Private Lesson. Registration and payment must be received prior to the start of the Private Lesson.
