Kids Yoga Session Begins June 18

Registration is underway for the summer session of Crystal Lake Park District Kids Yoga. Yoga is a great way for a child to improve impulsiveness, help control emotions and ease stress. In a relaxed, fun and playful setting overlooking beautiful West Beach, students will learn tools to deal with stress and aid in concentration.
