Enrolling Now for Late Summer Session of Hapkido

Mon July 5, 2021

Hapkido is the Korean Art of self-defense. What distinguishes Hapkido from other traditional martial art styles is that Hapkido is both an Art of Self-Defense and an Art of Discipline. Hapkido primarily emphasizes the subduing of an opponent with minimal strength. Traditional martial art techniques; kicks, punches, forms and blocks are taught including Stranger Danger for children and Safety Protocol for use of self-defense for adults.

The late summer session of Hapkido at the Crystal Lake Park District is enrolling now. Classes available for ages 6 and up.
