Summer Day Camp

The Crystal Lake Park District's newly developed Day Camp program following the DCEO, IDPH and American Camping Association (ACA) guidelines.

We are thrilled that we are well on our way to preparing for an awesome summer at camp with your child. All camps will start at Main Beach each morning. Each week your camper will experience both a local field trip and a full day regular field trip! All camps also include 3 days of swim lessons each week. Procedures such as dismissal, e-newsletters, and keeping up-to-date with the Rainout line stay the same from camp to camp.  

Our goals remain the same:

1. To help the campers build confidence, independence, and a sense of responsibility.

2. To build a sense of community and social skills.

3. To give campers opportunities they would not get at home. Such as small group games, art projects, scavenger hikes, and friendships.

Emergency Forms
Once registered for Extended Time, you will receive an email invitation to fill out emergency forms online through ePact. This needs to be completed before your child may attend the Extended Time program. This system will give our ET supervisors and directors instant access to required emergency forms. The security, confidentiality and privacy of your child's personal information will always be protected. Complete info about ePact can be found via the button below.  If we will be dispensing medication, you will need to have a Crystal Lake Park District medication form filled out by your physician.
