Help the Crystal Lake Park District spread a little kindness this summer-be part of Positive Pebbles!

How to be part of Positive Pebbles

• Stop by the Crystal Lake Park District Administration Office May 1-Aug 10 and pick up a free rock painting kit for two to design and paint your rock (while supplies last). Administration Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm, Sat (Apr-July) 9:30 am-Noon.
• Paint your rock with an inspirational message or design. Stumped? Ask our staff for ideas, info@crystallakeparks.org. No glitter or googly eyes please. Just acrylic paint.
• Take a photo of you with your rock (see photo submission ideas below) and send it to us for a chance to win a free Crystal Lake Park District wagon ride this fall.
• Leave your rock in a landscape bed, bench or area that might be found by someone who needs a positive message in their day.

Positive Pebbles photo submission

To be eligible for the grand prize drawing, submit your photos below. Each photo entered will give you an entry the grand prize drawing on August 31.

Photo submission suggestions:

• a photo of you painting your rock
• a photo of you and your painted rock
• a photo of a rock after you have placed it.
• a photo with a rock that you have found.
