To keep you cool the next two weeks, the Park District will keep the splash pads open through Monday, Sept 16.

Located at Veteran Acres Park, corner of Walkup Road and Route 176

850 Willow Tree, Crystal Lake

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.
No rough play or foul language allowed.
No pets, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or roller blades allowed. Wheelchairs, clean strollers and other mobility devices are allowed.
No alcohol or tobacco permitted.
Glass containers prohibited.
Aqua shoes and swimwear recommended.
Children who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper made of rubber or plastic with elastic at the waist and thighs. Disposable swim diapers alone are not sufficient.
Water is not suitable for drinking.
No soaps, shampoos, lotions or body washes of any kind allowed.
Climbing on water columns not allowed.

Take cover when thunder is heard or lightning is seen for at least 30 minutes after the last lightning or thunder is detected.
